Thank you for shopping at Solar Sasa Accessories. We value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our solar products and installation accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- 7-Day Return Window: Most products can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all components and accessories included.
- Documentation Required: Original receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for all returns.
- Special Order Items: Custom-configured solar systems or special order items may have limited return eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software or digital products
- Technical components that have been installed
- Items with broken factory seals
- Custom-cut cables or materials
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Solar panels with physical damage or scratches
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@solarsasa.com or call us at (254) 717-095878 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging when possible. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return to: Solar Sasa Accessories Returns Department Pana House Maji Mazuri St Nairobi
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
- Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective merchandise.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products for a different size, color, or model when available. Please follow the return process above and indicate your preference for an exchange.
Restocking Fees
- Most items: No restocking fee
- Specialty solar equipment: 15% restocking fee may apply
- Complete solar kits or systems: 20% restocking fee may apply
Warranty Information
This return policy is in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty included with many of our products. Our solar panels, inverters, and major components typically come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 5-25 years.
