At Solar Sasa, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our solar products and services. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
Product Returns
Solar Equipment and Hardware
- New, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
- Products must be in original packaging with all components and documentation included
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items
Installed Solar Systems
- Due to the custom nature of installed solar systems, we cannot accept returns once installation has begun
- If you cancel an order before installation begins, we will refund your payment minus any custom design or permit fees incurred
- System design fees are non-refundable once designs have been completed
Refund Process
- Initiation: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- Approval: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Inspection: Returns will be inspected within 5 business days of receipt
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Payment: Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Warranty Claims
- Manufacturing defects are covered under our standard warranty terms
- Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years
- Warranty claims must be submitted with photographic evidence and system documentation
- On-site inspection may be required for warranty evaluation
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Custom-ordered or specially manufactured items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Products altered from their original condition
- Services already rendered
Damaged Items
- Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt
- Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Take photographs of damaged packaging and products
- Keep all original packaging for claim processing
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled without penalty before shipping or installation scheduling
- Custom orders may incur a cancellation fee based on work completed
- Installation appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee
